Here is a step-by-step guide for adding an email address to a safe sender list for the most common email platforms: Adding our emails to your Safe Sender list will help with delivering our One Time Password (OTP) emails.
Outlook (Web / Office 365)
Open Outlook and go to Settings (gear icon in the top-right).
Select View all Outlook settings.
Go to Mail → Junk email.
Under Safe senders and domains, click Add.
Enter the email address (e.g.,
example@domain.com) or domain (e.g.,@domain.com).Click Save.
Outlook (Desktop App)
Open Outlook.
Right-click on an email from the sender.
Select Junk → Never Block Sender.
Confirm to add them to your safe sender list.
Gmail
(Gmail doesn’t have a “safe sender list,” but you can prevent messages from going to spam by creating a filter.)
Open Gmail.
Click the gear icon → See all settings.
Go to Filters and Blocked Addresses.
Click Create a new filter.
Enter the sender’s email in the From field.
Click Create filter.
Check Never send it to Spam.
Click Create filter again.
Apple Mail (iCloud)
Go to iCloud Mail or open the Mail app.
Open Preferences → Rules.
Create a new rule: If a message is from [email address], then move it to Inbox.
Save the rule.
Yahoo Mail
Open Yahoo Mail.
Go to Settings → More Settings.
Select Filters → Add new filter.
Enter the sender’s email in the From field.
Choose Inbox as the folder to deliver to.
